track and field

My favorite sport to play is track and field. i throw discuss and shot-put. this year i intend to do some running events too if i am fast enough to compete. my goal this year is to go to state and get state medal in discuss and shot-put. last year was my first year back in track and field since 8th grade. my other school didn't have it so my freshman and sophomore year i could not be in track. then i moved to my school now and we co-op with abother school for track. i plan to do track as long as i possible can.
