There have been many cases of crooked cops in Texas. they ahve been stoping minorities and threatening them into forfeiting their belongings. this is not right on anyone's standards. there is currently a lawsuit filed against the police department for these acts of theft.

what i will and will not miss about coming to school

the main thing i will miss after i leave school is my friends. i will miss the few people in this school i call friends. i will also miss the freedomes involved with being a high school student. i will also miss track and field

the things i will not miss are teachers, jocks, preps, popular kids, kids that put you down, people with very very very low IQ's and intelligence levels, homework, mouthy punks, idiots, and the people that annoy me.

Pollutions Helps plants

In recent years, there has been a study conducted to see how air pollution affects plants. the results were suprising. since there is more carbon dioxide in the air, the plants work harder to convert it into oxygen. in result, the plants are becomming more efficient.

i think this is a great thing. kids' parents should be able to know what their kids do/talk about. this is also a great way for police to track sex affenders. it is a bit intrusive into people's privacy, but i think it is a good thing in the long run.

toast is a very good food. there are many different types of toast to chose from. there is french toast, texas toast, and regular toast. you can make toasts with all kinds of bread. toast is best if it is cooked over a fire instead of in a toaster. you can eat toast plain or u can eat it in a sandwich.

i think facebook works quite wellas a guidance counselor. it allows college representatives to take a look into the minds of potential college students. the have never really been able to do this before, so they are excited that technology has permitted them to do this at this time.

I think it is bad they are using these sites to folo people. these sites were meant for stying in touch with friends and distant familly. this is a classic case of humans misusing technology...like they always do.

in my opinion, these businesses are not meant to be good business. they were created to give people a way to keep in touch with their friends. they were not made to make a ton of money. Their isn't, at the moment, any good way to make money off these sites.

I think the tobacco tax is going to put a dent in smoking. a lot of people will quit, or not start smoking. there are also many people that have been smoking for years that will not quit because their bodies need cigarettes.

Conflicts happen between friends because sometimes friends do not entirely agree with eachother. Just because you are friends with someone does not mean that both of you have exactly the same views.

Do Part Time Jobs Hinder Getting an Education?

I do not think part time jobs hinder your education at all. i personally have a part time job, and i have better grades now than i did before i had the job. i do not think you should work every night. then key is not to overload yourself.

My favorite game

My favorite Video game is Gears of War. Gears of War is an awesome game that you can spend hours playing. The whole story line is based on an invasion from below the surface of the Earth by another species called locusts. The day this started is called Emergence day, or E-Day for short. It is your job to take back control from the locust. You play as the main character, Marcus Fenix, and you are the sergent of a 4 man team of GEARS. Your 3 team mates are named Dom Santiago, August Cole, and Damon Baird. The GEARS are the military of the game. Gears of War is a very good shooter game. it has changed the way shooter games have and will be made in the future.

When i thing recession proof jobs, i think medical. no matter how bad times get, there will always be a major need for medical care. if i were to reccomend a job for someone going into the work field today, it would be nursing.

i recently saw the cronicles of Riddick. in my opinion, this is a really good movie. i am a big fan of action movies. i really like this move because has a sci-fi twist to modern action films. it is a good "pump-up film" to get you ready to excersize.

There are many characteristics of a good friend. a good friend has to be there for you during the good times and the bad times. a good friend has to stand the test of time. a good friend also has to be honest to you.

why students drop out of school

student's drop out of school for many reasons. 1 reason is because they may not get along with people at their school. another reason may be that they have had a threat on their life. another reason is because they may feel overwhelmed by the school. this is pretty much why people drop out of school. i highly encourage anyone who is thinking about dropping out of school to reconsider, because the rest of your life depends on it.

armies of gielenor is a new game on funorb.com. it is a massive strategy game in which you attempt to command your troops to victory. you play against other people from all over the world. you play the role of a general of the gods, and you are to command and summon soldiers of the 3 gods. (saradomin, zamorak, and guthix). anyway it is a very fun game and i highly reccomend it to anyone who enjoys strategy guides.

we have been doing html code in multimedia class. html stands for hypertext markup language. html code is the standard makeup of your typical web page. without html code, you would not have websites.

what i plan to do this summer

this summer i plan to go work at DOT Foods. i have a lot of familly that works there, and i am friends with the owner's son. the job i have now doesn't pay nearly enoughfor what i will need this summer. i will be making a ton of money this summer.

the best book i have ever read

the best books i have ever read were part of the Vampire Plagues series. the 2 i have read are Vampire Plagues, London, and Vampire Plagues, Paris. i really liked these books because i love books about vampires. Vampires would have to be my favorite creature of legend.

My Weekend

My weekend was pretty good. i had a very busy weekend. if i wasn't working, i was at homecomming or playing cards with my familly. my dad cooked BBQ chicken on the grill.

my best vacation

my best vacation was my only vacation. we went to chattenuga, tennessee . we wnet ot see some aquarium with a bunch of aqua life in it. we also went from there to look out mountain in georgia.

Homecomming

i am not a big fan of homecoming. i think it is overrated. at our school no1 ever does anything at the dance. most of the time everyone just stands around and talks. the homecoming game ranks the same as any other game to me. this is mostly because i am not a big fan of basketball.

if i could go back in time what would i change

if i could go back in time and change 1 thing, i would tell myself to stand up for myself and not to let anyone push me around. i would also tell myself that i will regret eating so much later down the road. i would tell myself to overcome adversity and to be myself.

the super bowl 2009

i thought the super bowl was a very good game this year. the final score was 23 to 27. i was upset because the stealers won. i always like to root for the underdog team. the cardinals would of won if they hadn't given the stealers the ball with 45 seconds to go in the 4th.

my favorite tv show is supernatural. supernatural is about 2 hunters named Sam and Dean Winchester. they specialise in the field of hunting supernatural beings. they locate possible things that occurr in various oplaces all over the world. the tv show comes on the CW on thursdays at 9ish o' clock

Global Warming

i feel that global warming is a hoax. in the last million years the Earth has warmed like 1 degree on average. if global warming is real, it is not a problem. it would be just a naturally occurring process. i do not believe that it is a real issue.

My biggest fear is not one of this life; but of the next. my biggest fear is Hell. nothing scares me more than burning in the flames of Hell for all of eternity.

when i was in 8th grade, i went on a trip to Washington D.C. we went to eat in the food court in a big Mall and i went to McDonalds. there was a homeless lady there and she asked me if i would give her a dollar so she could get something off of the dollar menu. i said i would, and i gave her $5.

the best thing to do on a rainy day is stay inside and do things that you enjoy doing. for example, i enjoy staying inside and watching movies and playing video games. when i am not doing this, i enjoy sleeping.

if i were an animal, i would be a dragon. there are a few reasons for this. some of these are because i am very strong, i am very lucky, and i demand respect. some more reason's are the effect i have on people. because i like to keep to myself, people are intimidated by me, and sometime's fear me. i loathe to be restricted and held back by other people, and/or the way they think things ought to be. i am a free spirit. i attract some people from differen't clicks. i am also bull-headed. if i set my mind to do something, nothing will stop me from accomplishing my goal.

My Favorite cartoon growing up was Dragon Ball Z

i loved dragon ball z when i was young. my favorite character is Vegeta. of Dragon Ball Z, i have only missed about 6 episodes in all. it always frusterated me because Goku was always better then Vegeta. Vegeta's shady personallity was awesom. i can remember every time Vegeta and "Kakarot", Goku's Sayain Name, fought and i always wanted Vegeta to win.
